## PChome MyPaper

PChome MyPaper (個人新聞台) hosts personal blogs aimed at Traditional Chinese readers. An original public article can contain a direct contextual link to your website; the inspected travel article's links had no nofollow, UGC, or sponsored attributes. Use the normal article editor rather than Quick Post when adding hyperlinks.

PChome MyPaper is a hosted blog, not a directory submission. The useful route is to publish an article for its Traditional Chinese audience and include a link that helps readers follow a reference, use a resource, or learn more about the subject. Do not substitute promotional comments on someone else's blog.

### Publish an article with a contextual link

1. [Create a PChome account](https://member.pchome.com.tw/apply.html?channel=mypaper), or use an existing membership. Complete email verification: the [official service notice](https://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/webadm2/post/1366334501) says unverified accounts cannot publish articles.
2. Return to [MyPaper](https://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/) and sign in. Follow the [blog-creation instructions](https://faq.pchome.com.tw/faq_solution.html?q_id=58&c_nickname=mypaper&f_id=1): choose **我的部落格** (My Blog), enter a blog name and publisher nickname, accept the terms, and submit.
3. Use **新增文章** (Add Article), not **快速發文** (Quick Post). PChome's [Quick Post FAQ](https://faq.pchome.com.tw/faq_solution.html?c_nickname=mypaper&f_id=2&q_id=153) explicitly recommends the normal article editor for hyperlinks and richer formatting.

4. Write an original article and add a relevant hyperlink in the normal editor. If you need to edit the HTML, the [official source-editing instructions](https://faq.pchome.com.tw/faq_solution.html?q_id=84&c_nickname=mypaper&f_id=2) describe **原始碼** (Source). Return to normal editing view before saving; the documentation says articles cannot be saved while in source mode.
5. Publish, then open the public article while signed out. Confirm the link is visible, points directly to your intended HTTPS destination, and has the expected attributes. Do not assume that saving a draft makes it public.

### What the example proves

This [Sapporo travel article](https://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/chan0/post/1325169841) contains **網站連結** (Website Link) references in its article body. Inspection of both fetched HTML and the rendered browser DOM found direct Wikipedia links without `rel="nofollow"`, `ugc`, or `sponsored`, and without a PChome outbound redirect. That is the basis for the dofollow label here—not comment links or the platform's homepage.

The example is an established post; your new article starts with no comparable history. The backlink-value estimate of **5/100** reflects that distinction. Check your own published link because templates and platform handling can change.

### Limits worth knowing

- Use the service as a real blog. The [blog terms](https://faq.pchome.com.tw/faq_solution.html?q_id=56&c_nickname=mypaper&f_id=4) allow removal of unlawful or infringing material; automatic publication is not an endorsement.
- Public comments on the official blog contain obvious promotional spam. Avoid that surface rather than copying it. The spam score is an editorial estimate, not a current third-party measurement.
- Some first-party article requests returned `429` or `502` before loading successfully. Retry later in a normal browser if you encounter those errors. This guide verified public pages and official instructions, not a completed signup or authenticated publishing session.
